Residential Contruction
As a Multi-State licensed residential general contractor, we can help you with projects from the St Croix River Valley to the Upper Midwest. Our primary focus is on single and multi-family damage restoration. Working both with homeowners’ and residential property investors and associations, we effectively estimate and restore these damaged properties back to their pre-loss condition. In addition to our restoration division, our Design/Build team can help with traditional new home construction and remodel projects.

OUR HISTORY
As the owner of St Croix Construction Inc, John Eral brings over 20 years of ownership experience to this residential and commercial construction company. John brings another 10 years of hands on field experience with framing, roofing, siding, electrical, mechanical and plumbing experience while working himself through college and prior to the start of his first construction company.
Currently licensed as a General Contractor in MN and WI, John continues to manage a wide range of construction projects throughout the region. Whether a simple basement remodel, or large-scale commercial project, John has the experience and knowledge to consult on project design and estimation as well as the ability to ensure a very successful outcome through the stringent Project Management while your project is being completed.
